Sirach 29:14

Good people will guarantee a loan for neighbors, and those who have lost any sense of shame will abandon them.
Place thy treasure in the commandments of the most High, and it shall bring thee more profit than gold.
A good man is willing to guarantee his neighbor's debts. Only someone who has lost all sense of decency would refuse to do so.
A good person will be surety for a neighbor, but whoever has lost a sense of shame will fail him.
A good man will stand surety for his neighbor; only a shameless wretch would let him down.
A good person will be surety for his neighbour, but one who has lost all sense of shame will fail him.
A good person will be surety for his neighbour, but one who has lost all sense of shame will fail him.
A good person will be surety for his neighbor, but the one who has lost all sense of shame will fail him.
A good person will be surety for his neighbor, but the one who has lost all sense of shame will fail him.
A good man will be surety for his neighbor, but a man who has lost his sense of shame will fail him.
A good man will be surety for his neighbor, but a man who has lost his sense of shame will fail him.
A good man maketh faith to (or for) his neighbour in becoming (a) borrow(er), (or a guarantor), for him in need; and he that loseth, shall leave shame to him.
